3.Waiting Charge for Transfer Services

Please be advised that for departure transfer services, the complimentary waiting period is up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this, a waiting charge will be incurred, payable directly to the driver. The fee may vary depending on the vehicle type and service provider. Failure to settle the waiting charge may result in suspension of services by the transportation provider

4.Luggage and Passenger Limits for Transfer Services

To ensure your smooth arrival to Thailand, we would like to humbly remind you of the following:
-To arrange the appropriate type of vehicle, please specify the total number of your luggage and number of passengers when reserving a transfer service through the Member Contact Center.
-The service provider reserves the right to deny services if the quantity of your luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle or if you fail to inform the Member Contact Center of the quantity of your luggage in advance when you make a reservation.
-If a member's luggage exceeds the capacity of the car and the member insists on utilizing the service, the member takes full responsibility for any damage or loss incurred to the car, and the service provider reserves the right to deny any liability or expenses incurred due to damage to your luggage.
-The service provider will organize a van instead of a BMW if the number of members, guests, and luggage exceeds the BMW's capacity. The provider reserves the right to deny any responsibility or costs associated with baggage damage.

5. Confirmation of Guest and Immediate Family Member Numbers

Please ensure that the accurate number of guests or immediate family members is provided prior to your trip. This will help avoid any potential issues with immigration officers or vehicle arrangements, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for all parties involved.

6. Taxation regulations in 2024

Thailand Privilege membership holders are exempt from paying personal income tax in Thailand if they remit funds from a personal bank account abroad into a local bank account in Thailand and can provide proof that the money is not personal income in the same calendar year.

Additionally, if your country has a Double Tax Agreement (DTA) with Thailand, no tax is required in Thailand, even if the income is transferred within the same calendar year it was earned. For further clarification, please refer to the attached summary prepared by the Revenue Department.

7. Stay Extension Reminder

Members on a Privilege Entry Visa (PE) are granted 1-year permission to stay in Thailand per visit (or less if the validity of your passport or your Thailand Elite visa is less than 1 year). Members on a Special Entry Visa (SE) are granted 90-day permission per visit (or less if the validity of your passport or your Thailand Elite visa is less than 90 days). The permission will be given as an “arrival stamp” on your passport.

Under Thai Immigration law, it is illegal for foreigners to overstay their visa or permission to stay in Thailand. Thailand Privilege members are required to extend their stay permission before the expiry date stated in their arrival stamp or your extension stamp, otherwise, you will be considered as 'overstay'.

The penalties for overstaying in Thailand vary depending on the length of time you have stayed in the country past the visa expiration. It is essential to always check your latest arrival stamp or your latest extension stamp on your passport to ensure that you are not overstaying. Once you have extended permission to stay in the country, you will be given an “extension stamp” in your passport, certifying that you are permitted to stay until the date stated in the extension stamp.

8. Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) and transfer service reservation and cancellation policy

Kindly be reminded that Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) and transfer service reservations must be made no less than 24 hours before your preferred meet-up time for the departure flight. Please see the details below.

8.1 For Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) service

Reservation Policy: 24 hours in advance (24 hours before the flight's estimated time for arrival flight and 24 hours before your preferred meet-up time for the departure flight) **It is advised to set up a meet-up time at least 2-3 hours before departure time.
Amendment / Cancellation Policy: 12 hours in advance before your confirmed service time

*Walk-ins are not permitted in all cases. Any reservation of Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) service that is made less than 24 hours in advance will be unavailable.

Remark:
- Meet-up time for departure flight must be at least 2-3 hours before the flight’s departure time. Please be advised that the Check-in counter will close 45 minutes to 1 hour before departure time. TPC reserves the right not to be liable for members missing the flight due to late check-in.
- In case of early arrival at the airport for departure flight, Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) will be available only 2-3 hours before the departure time.

8.2 For Transfer service

Reservation Policy: 24 hours in advance (24 hours before the flight’s estimated time of arrival or 24 hours before your preferred pick-up time for the departure flight)
Amendment / Cancellation Policy: 12 hours in advance before your confirmed service time

Remark:

- Service time for members going to the airport = Preferred pickup time from member’s location.

Service time for members going from the airport = Flight’s arrival time
